School Uniform
School Uniform.
Children are expected to be dressed smartly and sensibly at all times. The school has a uniform, based on the following:-
Our uniform consists of:
black school shoes
red sweatshirt or cardigan
red or white shirt
grey trousers or knee length skirt
Our uniform from September 2023 consists of:
black school shoes
pale blue sweatshirt or cardigan (with school logo)
white polo shirt (with or without logo)
black trousers, black shorts or knee length black skirt
When it is the day of your child's P.E session, they will need to come to school wearing their P.E kit.
Our sport’s kit consists of:
plain white round neck T shirt
black plain shorts/black plain track suit bottoms (No logo)
plain black hoodie or school jumper
plain black trainers
Jewellery
Jewellery is not permitted in school. If your child has an ear piercing, then they are able to wear one pair of small studs.
Hoops or other types of earrings are not permissible. If your child is wearing studs, these will need to be covered for their P.E session.
We strongly discourage hair styles including shaved patterns and hair colour.
Uniform T-shirts and sweatshirts printed with the school badge are available from Rawcliffe’s in Dewsbury. It is not compulsory for our children to wear uniform containing the school logo.
Naming Belongings
All clothing must be clearly labelled with the pupil's name. This is essential if we are to reduce the huge amount of lost property that accumulates.
